What We Look For
Every article is reviewed against these standards before it is accepted.
Your Article Must Be
- 100% original and unpublished anywhere else, including your own blog
- At least 1,500 words of genuinely useful, practical advice
- Based on your own experience, tests or results
- Real data, screenshots or examples to support your points
- Clear structure with H2 and H3 headings and short paragraphs
- Sources linked for any statistics or claims
We Do Not Accept
- Content generated by AI and pasted without real editing or experience
- Articles already published on another website
- Thin, generic or keyword-stuffed content
- Purely promotional posts or advertorials
- Topics on gambling, adult content, CBD, crypto schemes or loans
- Paid links, link swaps or hidden affiliate links
How to Submit Your Article

Pitch Your Idea
Send us 1 to 3 topic ideas with a short outline and why you are the right person to write it.
Share Your Work
Include links to 2 or 3 articles you have written before, or your LinkedIn profile.
Get Approval
We reply within 7 to 10 working days. If your idea fits, we confirm the topic and angle.
Write and Submit
Send your draft as a Google Doc with editing access, along with images and your short bio.
Edit and Publish
Our editors review, fact-check and polish your article, then publish it with full author credit.

Do you pay for guest posts?
No. We do not pay contributors at the moment, and we do not charge for publishing either. Articles are accepted purely on quality.
Can I include links in my article?
You can include one link to your website or profile in your author bio. Links inside the article are only allowed when they genuinely help readers, and our editors may remove any link that looks promotional.
Can I use AI to write my article?
You can use AI tools for research or outlining, but the final article must be written, edited and fact-checked by you, and based on your own experience. Unedited AI content will be rejected.
How long does the review take?
We usually reply to pitches within 7 to 10 working days. If you do not hear back in 2 weeks, your idea was not a fit this time.
Will my article be edited?
Yes. We may edit for clarity, structure, grammar, SEO and accuracy. For larger changes, we will check with you first.
Can I republish my article elsewhere?
No. Once published on BrightlyFuture, the article should not be republished elsewhere. You are welcome to share the link on social media and your own website.
